Eating Red Meat
I get really tied of the blanket statement made by health practioners that eating red meat is back for your health. It’s like saying “exercise is good for you”, but as we all know, that’s not always true either. Red meat, when consumed from conventional means (cows who are fed grains, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, steriods and gawd knows what else) can definately do a body harm. However, red meat consumed from grass-fed cows can enhance one’s health tremendously. Grass fed meat is lower in saturated fats, higher in omega 3 fatty acids and packs a powerful protein punch to help build muscle.
The following article does a very good job at explaining it all for you: www.americangrassfedbeef.com/grass-fed-natural-beef.asp and I suggset you visit SLANKERS GRASS FED MEATS at www.texasgrassfedbeef.com for some of the tastiest meats around.
