My Top Blogs

Here are a couple of my Top Blogs for “Quality Information” on the many aspects of fitness.  I strongly recommend these sites and if you can sign up/follow their updates (and actually read what they write), you’d be the better for it.

#1 Strength Blog:  Rogers Athletics GET STRONG.  Not only does Rogers Athletics provide THE top-of-the-line strength equipment in the industry, the GET STRONG segment which has many contributions by Mike Gittleson (former University of Michigan strength coach for 30 years) is worth reading again and again.  Mike’s knowledge and experience is priceless!

#1 All-Around Health Blog:  Conditioning Research.  Chris Highcock, author of HillFIt, does a wonderful job of touching on all aspects of health and fitness by providing research and up-to-the-minute information.

#1 Paleo/Primal Blog:  Mark’s Daily AppleMark Sisson is endless in his pursuit for the best information of proper nutrition.  Paleo or not, a great site to learn based on the most extensive research.
