Here are a couple of my Top Blogs for “Quality Information” on the many aspects of fitness. I strongly recommend these sites and if you can sign up/follow their updates (and actually read what they write), you’d be the better for it.

Mike’s knowledge and experience is priceless!
#1 All-Around Health Blog: Conditioning Research. Chris Highcock, author of HillFIt, does a wonderful job of touching on all aspects of health and fitness by providing research and up-to-the-minute information.
#1 Paleo/Primal Blog: Mark’s Daily Apple. Mark Sisson is endless in his pursuit for the best information of proper nutrition. Paleo or not, a great site to learn based on the most extensive research.
