I’m Humbled…
One of my clients took the time to comment about me on LinkedIn. I am extremely happy that she finds so much value in what we do together….
“Fred is a remarkable trainer; a true professional in his field of fitness training. I view Fred as more of a life coach than a trainer; he doesn’t just count me through my routine, he motivates and energizes me to accomplish the goals I set for myself by reminding me that my power and strength come from within. I view his job as helping me to get to where I want to be in my life and my fitness program. Fred’s motto is “Train with a purpose”. From the minute I arrive for my workout I am reminded that this is my time to focus on myself and on my goals. Fred takes the time to listen to what I say (and don’t say) about how I am feeling physically (and mentally). Our workout routines are as challenging as they are creatively designed to keep me not only feeling good about my accomplishments but pushing me to reach higher. To date, I have reached my weight goal and am now working on flexibility and mobility issues. I highly recommend Fred to all those who are just starting to get fit and those of you who want to take your training to the next level.” - Susannah P.

Fred, even from a distance (Asbury to Ann Arbor), your passion for your work and your client’s interests shines through. I’m sure what this person wrote is just a sample of what others have experienced as well. Keep up the good work of enhancing fitness for all.
