Today’s Workout
I haven’t posted a workout in a while so here’s what I did today:
All exercises were done for 1 set of 20 reps (1×20)
Barbell Curl
Hammer Strength Dips
Strict Barbell Cheat Curls
Dumbbell Lateral Raise
Neck Extension
Neck Flexion
Band Rear Deltoid Raise
Band Shoulder External Rotation
Ivanko Gripper
Barbell Plate Lateral Raise
Total workout time was roughly 15 minutes
