“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.”
- Albert Einstein
Ever since I opened the doors to Premiere Personal Fitness back in 2003, I have touted the importance of improving health and fitness for a better quality of life. Over my career I have personally supervised over 30,000 training sessions and during that time, the art of improving my clients’ health and fitness has been a continuing passion for me. It’s now time for me to push even higher to the next level and in doing so; I will be changing the business name from Premiere Personal Fitness to Fit By Fred.
This evolution has been inspired greatly by the unique relationship that I have built with each one of my clients, and because of this; I felt it necessary for a layer to be stripped away. This personal connection has always fueled my desire to increase my knowledge and skills, resulting in an improved experience for all who are involved. The individualized service you have come to know will only improve as time goes on as I continue to work towards growing my particular brand of health and fitness in and outside the training studio.
For those of you who are already clients, I want to thank you for your continued support of sharing your experiences and encouraging others to be a part of our little community. For others who are considering using a fitness specialist, I invite you to contact me for a free consultation.
I look forward to our future together as we both improve our health and fitness. – Fred

4.3 out of 5
“Dumbbell Training for Strength and Fitness” continues to do well as we have sold over 20,000 copies world-wide. Amazon has 55 reviews giving us a 4.3 out of 5 star rating and we are quickly closing in on 100 “likes”. Now, I know that doesn’t seem like much to brag about (and trust me, I’m not trying to), but it to let you know that something as simple and rudimentary as a set of dumbbells and a small , safe area can yield fascinating results both in strength and fitness. Check out what some reviewers had to say…

5.0 out of 5 stars Dumbell Training for Strength and Fitness, October 23, 2012
By Michael L. Buckley (Sheridan, Wyoming United States)
An excellent book with enough back ground information to enhance the learning experience with photos and descriptions of the exercises. The book makes it easy to have multiple routines at your finger tips. One could use training routines provided or make up their own.

I keep this book by my dumbbell set and use it for every workout. It’s a great book with a wide variety of exercises. |
