I&#039;d keep the format the same, I would welcome more &quot;short&quot; workouts of around 8-12 exercises done for one set as most in the book seem to be rather long. At least some space should be devoted to nutrition -real food, or briefly discussing pros and cons of various approaches - and effective supplements (creatine etc.) and the importance of sleep. There could be some info on how to prepare yourself mentally fr the workout to achieve the desired level of intensity and perform well. Simply even more focus on the session itself, more exercise photos, detailed instructions on form...]]></description>

Hope you are doing well!!  How is the business doing with the name change? 

My  leg (knee replacement) is gaining strength and I have full range of motion back.  It has been a long haul.  No pain and functioning well now.  My back has not had any issues since the surgery.
